Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us before returning any product. This is to ensure that it is a valid return. After we have confirmed your refund, please follow the steps below.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase for it to qualify for free delivery return and refund on your product. If there are good valid reasons we have the right to refuse returns. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include:
- Video games
- Items of clothing and jewellery that cannot be resold
- Perishable goods
- Personalised & bespoke products
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered and is not in the condition of which it was received will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We do not normally refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless otherwise agreed at time of refund by a member of staff.
Please contact us to exchange items. There is usually a cost for delivery for exchange of items. We may also charge an additional handling fee and packaging fee if appropriate. Items can only be exchanged if they are as new. We may not allow you to exchange to a different product without additional charge.
